Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations before this time will be refunded in 5-7 business days.

Bushfire Danger Days

The Mitcham Council strongly recommends activities are ceased on catastrophic fire danger days, and as such any class which falls on a day categorised as a catastrophic fire danger by the Bureau of Meteorology at 6:00pm the day before will be cancelled and all bookings refunded.
